Police are on site directing traffic at the intersection.
Diversions are in place for northbound traffic. Traffic is experiencing heavy delays through the area.

UPDATE, 5.38pm: Northbound traffic now open. Southbound traffic remains closed between Plenty Road and Tyler Street due to an earlier car vs. power pole crash
