Updated: 12.10pm - All lanes temporarily closed outbound at Elgar Road due to the earlier multiple vehicle crash.
VicRoads Incident Response Service, Police and Emergency Services are on site.
Traffic is being diverted onto Elgar Road while the incident is being cleared.
