UPDATE - Police advise that the Heatherton Road exit ramp outbound has been closed due to a collision. Emergency services are on site and directing traffic. Traffic is heavy on approach. Drivers are advised to exit the Monash Freeway at either Stud Road or Belgrave-Hallam Road.
