UPDATE: Police report that Lower Dandenong Road has reopened eastbound, westbound remains closed between Boundary Road and Woodlands Drive due to a collision. VicRoads and emergency services are on site and directing traffic. Drivers travelling through the area are advised to seek an alternate route.
