UPDATE: Left-hand lane closed inbound over the Bolte Bridge from before Footscray Road due to emergency works. The Footscray Road entry ramp to CityLink inbound is now OPEN.Speed limit reduced to 40km/h. CityLink are on site and directing traffic. Works are expected to continue overnight. Drivers travelling through the area are advised to allow extra time as delays may be experienced.
