Police have blocked the eastbound right-hand turn lane onto CityLink inbound. Vehicles travelling eastbound wanting to access CityLink inbound are currently U-turning further down the road. Racecourse Road westbound access to CityLink inbound is still open. Minor delays for eastbound traffic with vehicles merging left to avoid the lane closure.
