Motorists are advised of large quantity of smoke across the Princes Highway near Patrol Track, just East of Bellbird Creek. DSE are conducting a Fuel Reduction Burn. Motorists are advised to turn their headlights on and reduce speed.

The Princes Highway is now open to Orbost, but remains closed between Orbost and the New South Wales border due to fire activity in the area. Follow the direction of emergency services at all times.
