UPDATE: Two right-hand lanes remain closed outbound between Reynard Street and Bell Street after an earlier soil spillage.
CityLink are on site.
The speed limit has been reduced through the area to 60km/h
CityLink advise that the lanes will remain closed until at least 4.00pm while the road surface is cleared.

Wilsons Promontory Road remains closed beyond Darby River Bridge due to damage sustained in late March as a result of heavy rain.
