Traffic Alert
Freeway closed northbound at Violet Town due to a multiple truck collision overnight.
Northbound traffic being diverted through Violet Town to Dookie-Violet Town Road onto the Midland Highway then back into Benalla.

UPDATE: 2.57pm - Freeway still closed northbound at Baddaginnie exit (between Violet Town and Benalla) due to a multiple truck collision overnight.
Northbound traffic being diverted via Violet Town to Dooki -Violet Town Road onto the Midland Highway then back through Benalla (Link Road) before returning back to the Hume Freeway.
VicRoads advises drivers to expect heavy delays and to allow extra time to complete your journey.
