UPDATE, 10.42am: Altona-bound Greensborough Highway entry ramp has been closed by police.
Right-hand lane still blocked in both directions after Plenty Road due to a crash.
VicRoads Incident Response Service and emergency services are on site.
VicRoads advises drivers to expect heavy delays from before Plenty Road to the area.
