UPDATE: 11.38am Due to flood conditions the Great Ocean Road is closed between Lorne and Skenes Creek. Apollo Bay bound traffic are being diverted up Deans Marsh Lorne Road and Winchelsea-Deans Marsh Roads. Lorne bound traffic is being diverted up Skenes Creek, Forrest Apollo Bay Roads.
