UPDATE, 8.57am: Very heavy delays for traffic on the Freeway and for traffic trying to enter the Freeway at Toorak Road.
MFB on site blocking one lane outbound.
Three lanes still blocked inbound near Church Street due to a multiple vehicle crash.
Police and CityLink are on site controlling traffic around Burnley Street.
Drivers should allow extra time if travelling through the area.
