Two right-hand lanes blocked outbound over Footscray Road due to a multiple vehicle crash.
CityLink, Melbourne Fire Brigade and Emergency Services are on site.
Traffic is very heavy and building quickly from the base of the West Gate Bridge eastbound and exitting the Domain Tunnel westbound. Traffic is also slow inbound on approach to the crash.
Drivers should allow a significant amount of extra time if planning to travel outbound on the Tullamarine Freeway tonight.
