UPDATE, 12.03pm: Intersection partially blocked while crews attempt to right the truck after it rolled near the rail bridge near Flinders Street.
Southbound traffic on Spencer Street can only turn left or right at Flinders Street (they cannot continue under the Bridge).
Northbound traffic on Spencer Street are able go straight under the Bridge or turn left at Flinders (they cannot turn right at Flinders Street).
Westbound traffic on Flinders Street is still being diverted at Kings Way, with traffic controllers on site
Eastbound traffic on Flinders Street are able to go straight or turn left at Spencer Street (they cannot turn right at Spencer Street).
VicRoads Incident Response Service and Police are still on site.
Drivers should allow extra time if travelling this route.
