UPDATE, 8.46am: Lane now open on Boundary Road southbound, only bike/parking lane blocked on Racecourse Road by MFB vehicle.
The traffic signal pole has been hit, MFB are blocking the lane for safety purposes.

Trams are not able to pass under the bridge either.
Police are on site diverting traffic away from the area.

UPDATE, 17/08/10, 6.15pm :Road now open, with traffic restrictions after yesterdays land slip near Murchisons Road or Charleys Creek (4 km from Ferguson).
Traffic in both directions has been reduced to one lane, operating via portable traffic signals.
The speed limit has been reduced to 40km/h.
VicRoads advises drivers allow extra time if travelling through this area.
