lanes closed inbound - Vehicle Breakdown
Left lane blocked on he inbound exit from the West Gate Freeway to Todd Road, due to a broken-down truck on the bend behind the service station onto Cook Street. One lane can get past butu do so with care due to a the position of the truck.
