Follow signed detour - Dendy St, New St, South Rd, Bluff Rd, Balcombe Rd, or use Nepean Hwy. Access to Beach Rd properties possible by travelling south from nearest side street with speed reduction to 40 km/h. Traffic delay greater than 10 min.

All properties can be accessed / exited in south bound direction using the nearest side street. Speed reduction to 40 km/h. Traffic delay 6 to 10 min. Detour route is Dendy St - Nepean Hwy - Charman Rd.
