UPDATE: Road still closed at railway overpass due to a crash yesterday involving a truck
V-Line Structural Engineers advise that the road will be closed till at least 1.00pm today (or until area is declared safe for vehicles by structural engineers)
Drivers should follow the variable message signs outlining alternative routes
