Traffic Alert - Emergency Incident
Multiple sets of traffic lights are blacked out around Rowville, Lysterfield, Knoxfield and The Basin, due to a power failure. Please be vigilant and obey the same rules you would at an intersection with a Stop or Give Way sign.The power supplier is working to restore service.
