The West Gate Freeway is closed in both directions between the M80 Ring Road and Grieve Parade for West Gate Tunnel works. Detours are in place until 5am Monday 11 January as crews demolish the southbound Grieve Parade bridge. Traffic heading away from the city should detour using Millers Road and Geelong Road or Kororoit Creek Road. Citybound traffic from the Princes Freeway will detour onto Geelong Road through Brooklyn.
