UPDATE, 2.17pm: Heavy delays inbound on both the Calder Freeway and Tullamarine Freeway. Bulla Road is now open over the Tullamarine Freeway. All inbound traffic from the Tullamarine Freeway and the Calder Freeway are being diverted to Bulla Road, where they can re-enter the Freeway. VicRoads Incident Response Service are on site assisting police with traffic management. VicRoads advises drivers to expect heavy delays throughout the area. All inbound traffic from the Tullamarine Freeway are being diverted to Bulla Road, where they can now re-enter the Freeway. All inbound traffic from the Calder Freeway are being diverted to McNamara Avenue and directed onto Keilor Road.
