Updated 7.11am: Right-hand lane blocked Altona-bound near Sunshine Avenue due to a multiple vehicle crash.
VicRoads Incident Response Service, Police, Emergency and Tow Services are on site.
The second right-hand lane has now been reopened to traffic.
Traffic is heavily congested from Sydney Road through to Sunshine Avenue.
Drivers are asked to allow extra time if travelling this route.
