Spring Street is closed in both directions between Collins Street and Flinders Street for an operation to rescue trapped window cleaners and secure a gantry.
Emergency services are on site.
Please expect delays and consider an alternative route through the city.

Road Closed - Police Incident
Bourke Street is closed in both directions between Swanston Street and Exhibition Street, following an incident near Swanston Street. The closure is under the control of Victoria Police.
There is no access from Swanston Street to Exhibition Street. Russell Street remains open to traffic.
Tram services are affected and nearby roads may also be closed. Please avoid the area if possible.
