UPDATE: Ramp closed to Altona-bound traffic coming off the Ring Road and onto the Deer Park Bypass, due to a truck rollover. Greensborough bound traffic getting through but traffic is heavy. Emergency services on site. Traffic heavy on the approach with delays back onto the Ring Road.
